I help direct-to-consumer brands, creative studios, museums, cultural organizations, publishing houses, and governmental and corporate institutions communicate their stories clearly and beautifully through polished, high-impact presentations. My work spans both internal and external communication, including brand guidelines, user manuals, course catalogs, employee handbooks, business reports, pitch and capabilities decks, proposals, business plans, keynote presentations, sales sheets, RFPs, executive and event presentations, and training materials.

Direction Phase (First 3–5 Slides)
I’ll design 3–5 initial slides to establish the visual direction. This is your chance to:
Approve the style, layout, and structure
Make major edits to content or flow before the full deck is created
This ensures a smooth process and prevents major changes later.
Full Deck Design
Once the initial slides are approved, I’ll complete the remaining slides following the approved style and structure.
Review & Revisions
You’ll receive the full deck for review. Two rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune details and polish the final product.
Delivery
Final files are provided in your preferred format (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) and as a PDF. Editable files allow for future updates, or a locked presentation version can be provided if preferred.

How many revisions are included?
Two rounds are included. Additional revisions are billed hourly. Consolidated, clear feedback helps keep the project on schedule.
Can I edit the final presentation myself?
Yes! You’ll receive fully editable files and a PDF. Locked presentation-only versions are available on request.
What about images and licensing?
Stock photos and graphics are licensed for single-client commercial use. Custom illustrations or photography can be integrated if provided.
How are payments handled?
50% deposit to start
50% upon delivery
Bank transfer or PayPal accepted
Rush projects and extra rounds billed separately
Do you offer refunds?
Completed design phases are non-refundable. If a project is paused early, unfinished portions will be adjusted.
Can I reuse the design for future presentations?
Yes, files are yours to reuse internally. External resale/distribution requires written permission.
What if I need ongoing design help?
Retainers are available for consistent support with faster turnaround and a dedicated monthly slot.
